Mega Watt Solar Farm Washing System

This custom-built RO trailer system is engineered specifically for large-scale solar farm cleaning, delivering high volume, efficient water production with minimal downtime.

The system produces 15 gallons per minute of RO water and features a 375-gallon onboard storage tank, allowing continuous cleaning without constant refills. Paired with a high-capacity 125 GPM discharge pump, the system maintains consistent pressure and flow across long hose runs and multiple operators.

Designed for solar applications, the system operates 6–9 GPM at the solar brush, delivering optimal cleaning performance while protecting panel coatings. Each full tank is capable of cleaning approximately 1,250 solar panels, and in real-world field conditions, the system supports 20,000–30,000 panels per 12-hour shift.

For water transport and rapid refilling, the system integrates seamlessly with a Kubota-powered transport unit, achieving a 1 minute 15 second fill time via a 60 GPM transfer tank dramatically reducing downtime between cycles.
